How does the doctor keep up-to-date on all of the current techniques and materials?

We’re so glad you asked! We are passionate about continuing education and, as a practice, we spend more time honing our skills than most dental staffs think is necessary. Beyond formal continuing education training, Dr. Carroll belongs to two study groups dedicated to learning about the latest advances in dental technology.

Do you accept referrals?

Yes. We strive to give our clients superb care at an affordable price. We know we’re meeting our goals when you recommend our practice to your family and friends.

Do you accept my insurance plan?

Dr. Carroll participates as a provider for many of the most common insurance companies serving the Louisville area. Our staff will be happy to discuss your insurance options in detail with you over the telephone or in our dental office.

What different payment options do you provide?

We do not want financial arrangements to prevent you from achieving the smile you desire, and we will work with you to find payment options that suit you. We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.

What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?

If you have an after-hours emergency, please call the office number. Our answering machine will give you Dr. Carroll’s cell phone number. He keeps it with him 24/7, and you will promptly receive a return call from Dr. Carroll or Rhonda. If you suffer from the traumatic loss of a tooth, place the tooth in a glass of milk or lukewarm water, and call us immediately. Do not remove any tissue from the tooth, and do not remove a tooth that is still attached to the jaw, no matter how loose it seems.
